It’s back2school with THE MUSES crew and we are bringing Virgo/Libra energies to the table.
After a summer of eros, sensuality and tanning, we are ripe and ready to make some juice of the fruits we’ve been tending to.
This is the season of moving your vision into reality, by harnessing that magical mercurial power of your creative mind, unblocking that throat chakra to make your words your wand and expand your auric field for visibility and magnetism – because the best glow is a woman who’s on a mission to move her vision into reality.

Tonya Papanikolov
Tonya Papanikolov is a creative, guide, and entrepreneur. She is the Founder of Rainbo, a B-Corp medicinal mushroom brand, and host of the top-ranked Rainbo Podcast. A holistic nutritionist with a Master of Science in Mind-Body Medicine, she teaches Kundalini yoga and creates transformative experiences including The Ethereal Reset retreat. Her life's work lives at the intersection of science and spirit, the mystical and the practical.

Agnes Baddoo
Agnes Baddoo's creative journey is rooted in a deep connection with the world around her. A former editorial fashion stylist and costumer, she finds inspiration in the ever-changing tapestry of our environment and the rich tapestry of human interactions, as expressed through the medium of fashion. Her work is a reflection of her genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and techniques, resourcefulness and a passion for simple, functional designs.
Johanna engvall
Johanna Engvall is a movement guide, yoga teacher, and writer with over 25 years of self-practice across Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha yoga. Today, her work is rooted in Fascia Flossing™, a method developed by Bonnie Crotzer, which she weaves into her signature Fascia Vinyasa flows.
LINDA
BEZDEKOVA
Linda is the Head of Operations for everything ILLUMINATION. This season she will lead the Roundtable accountability sessions.
Besides glitching the Matrix with ILLUMINATION, Linda is a specialist on back end structures and operations of startups and small business.

ABOUT AMANDA
Hi, I'm Amanda, founder of this wild, real and deep space that is ILLUMINATION. I'm an essayist, poet and kundalini yoga teacher.
I started THE MUSES because I longed for a creative community where we could melt and merge all the wild chapters of being a woman, into one book. I'm passionated, curious and excited about a lot of things, most of all life, and this is my finest and first intention with THE MUSES.
When does THE MUSES take place?
THE MUSES is a seasonal program running 4 times a year.
Where does THE MUSES take place?
All online workshops will be held via our virtual temple aka Zoom. Links to access and replay the workshops will be available on a private portal as well as sent out by email. Always remember to check your spam!
Who can join - Do I need any experience?
THE MUSES is for everyone who is curious and feels called to expand, deepen and broaden their human experience, alongside a supportive global community. You don't need any Kundalini Yoga or other spiritual and/or healing experiences prior. All you need is an open heart and mind!
Are payment plans available?

Can I move my participation to a later round if I can't keep up?
Unfortunately no. The purchase of the MUSES is valid only for the current round and we are unable to move your ticket to a later round.
