A magnetic mosh pit of passionate spiritual practices taught by Amanda, community hang out and experimental creative collaboration with THE MUSES.

THE MUSES descend upon the streets of Brooklyn for a mystical and debaucherous day merging into fiery night. Feel the earth tremble beneath your feet as you enter the portal of hair banging and soul shaking kundalini practice and mystical channeling by Amanda, followed by a community moshpit market place, wild live music dance party & open mic grabbed by THE MUSES.
Amanda's note: First stop on our TOUR is New York where much of my mystery studies began on street corners and in secret bookstores. This is the city where I learned about Kundalini Yoga, where cloaked sages on stoops continued to reveal themselves to me in the most unexpected ways and where the innate rebellious energy of the concrete jungle shook me awake. New York City was my first initiation through the underground of art, music, creativity, and esoterica. This is where I had multiple revelations walking down the streets in my mother's Italian knee high leather boots, where I sneaked into clubs with a fake ID and a tambourine and read Patti Smith which lead me to Rimbaud which lead me to William Blake. New York was Yoga To The People and a cigarette after class. It was dancing in graveyards, summoning spirits and inspiration wherever I went and it was where I started realizing the calling of something radically alive. Needless to say, this city very close to my heart and soul to be back on my old stomping grounds with my MUSES!

THE MUSES. Bathe in poetic channeling, ancient yogic practices and in Midsummer Light Delight. Flipflop your plot with feet adorned by Sleepers and let the spirit of muses and natural wine flow through you like honey as you collide with each other in meditation, conversation and celebration.
Amanda's note: Next stop on TOUR is Copenhagen – my MOTHERLAND! This is is the original hub of ILLUMINATION. This is where I conceived the first intel for THE MUSES from the muses. Where a sincere longing for creative community, something raw, something real was born and became reality. Copenhagen is where my interests and longings became a study, became a practice and became a vocation. This is the place where I had to muster up a whole lot of courage to open doors (and step through them) and built bridges that would lead me to what ILLUMINATION and THE MUSES is today. This is where I was initiated into teaching – what started as a 3 person private class, turned into a weekly Saturday Class first we were 6, then we were 20 and at one point I had 40 bodies gathered in a tiny room. Then there were workshops, panel talks and day immersions. Then the world shut down, and I sat in my bedroom, praying to do something good: "Use me as an instrument, do what you'll have me do" and the next moment ILLUMINATION was born. When the world opened again, ILLUMINATION had spread beyond Copenhagen, but this is the place for the original vision and heart, and so it is with so much sweetness and delight that we gather under a Midsummer Sky!
